  • Backswing concept ...brilliant , not to sure about the high finish , surely releasing the clubhead is the more important ?

  • Releasing the club "down the line" is the surest way to hit straight golf shots!

  • Interesting concept , which seems to be going back a few years in teaching theory , most tour players now have a much flatter finish , releasing the club is the paramount move and should be achieved. Backswing concept is spot on , brilliant!

  • Thanks for the comments. I disagree with you on the "going back a few years in teaching theory" I study hundreds of tour players swings including modern players like Tiger, Ernie, Retief, etc and ALL of them keep the club moving down the line as long as possible. If you look at these swings in slow motion they all have a high follow through, but drop the hands at the end of the swing more as a "relaxed" finish.

  • Yes, as long as you keep the clubhead moving down the body line (toe line) you should not pull the ball.

    Thanks for your comments.

  • You're welcome. Thanks for the feedback.

  • well i barely turn my hips and my shoulders are like behind my legs if that sounds possible but my pull is just so much stronger where i can get 300 yards... o.o

  • My problem is pulling left. I think the pronounced follow thru you advocate here will help. Will work on it "diligently" Thx !!

  • awesome.

    thanks!!

    :o)

  • Clarity of thought can make all the difference. Will try this at the earliest. Thanks, your lessons are wonderful discoveries.
