Born with one hand I grew up playing every sport I could... all the way up to college baseball. I had to develop ways to train my body not only building strength but doing so with symmetry and balance. Functional sport specific training! I had to be creative to hit every muscle group and body movement. This is a quick video showing some of the ideas I've come up with and how I've been able to build functional sport strength without muscle imbalances despite having just the one hand.

  • I have the exact same situation (right arm, just below the elbow). Always hated going to the gym and not being able to do free weights and many of the machines. Thanks for the inspiration.

  • Thank you so much for posting this video, this simply proves you can do it all with simple modifications. Awesome!

  • Wow, I have very much respect for you dude, keep it up.
