Sqeee!!!! I think the best ST movies turned out to be the ones Leonard Nimoy directed/Exec'd. Something always seems much better when he's more involved.

You know that 'Pocket Pager' scene wouldn't work today because of the cell phone being so much part of our lives. Back then in 86 it was the large brick phone and not every one had it

Yeah it is. Though look at the films directed compared to the one William Shatner directed "Star Trek V". You'll see right away who is the better director.
