I don't know if any of the people who are actually doing the show are reading this, however: You've got a great group dynamic going on and what you need to do to improve the show, is get a film student to direct the episodes. Not some snobby dipshit, or half-assed cameraman, but someone who understands film. This will benefit you tremendously.
