  • @deejin25 Totally agree with your comment, I suffered a stroke due to a tear in the carotid artery from years of striking.

  • Thankd you Sabumnim. Please wish me luck on my Tang Soo Do Yellow belt test this Friday. THank you Sabumnim.

  • very interesting : ) *thankYou for telling*

  • @pepsi89

Why would anyone have a fruit fight? 0_0

Fruit are for eating, not for fighting. I have a motorcycle, but its actually quite quiet. I'm just stating what worked for me in the ring.

  • @H0tkebab u are the type loud as a motorbike but wouldnt break a grape in a fruit fight

  • I like number 9, especially when I hit it hard with a solid round kick. =P

But I generally don't strike the neck when I'm sparring in the club, the head is a better alternative, its tougher (because of the skull) and there's usually a guard up to protect the head, however in the ring and especially in self defense its different.

  • thanks

  • As an acupuncturist I'm glad you gave that safety message. Striking this point hard, especially multiple times in your life, will shorten your life, increase chance of strokes and blood pressure related issues. As with any martial arts technique and target, it's serious business.
