If It Didn't Stop You Then (Original Song)

This is not an Elvis impression...vocally it sounds nothing like him, but I wrote this with Elvis in mind. If only he was alive today he could easily sing it. Anyway, I would try and submit this song to him. OK, OK, I know... it would be rejected...Hey, James... dream on....and I'm so annoyed with myself, I typed out the lyrics so carefully, and there is a line I fluffed...I sing '' But if I 'come' your way'' instead of 'came' I noticed this error after I uploaded it! What a numskull!

Come came it's all the same to me, still sounds good my friend. I do listen to the lyrics, many peoiple do not take any account of what the songs message is, as long as it has a heart beat or a melody,now that describes my brother, he doesn't listens to the words,but the other day in my car he was listening to "A bird without wings" sang by Celtic Thunder (on YT) I was moved to see that he was actually descreetly crying, tears were streaming down his cheeks,So lyrics really got to him for once!!
