Samsung Wave: Blue Screen Crash / UPLOAD data to PC

**UPDATE. I now have a third Samsung Wave and it has been trouble free for three days now. Looking at a now trouble free process, the bit that blue screens in the video is when the app should be going to the home screen, presumably as part of it's closing process.****

I am now on my second Samsung Wave and still getting blue screen crash dumps followed by an almost bios'y looking message 'UPLOAD data to PC'. Although these apps do seem to crash it every time, general use can produce similar errors, but in a more random fashion. Unlucky twice? Dunno, hope so as the rest of the phone is great.

@ctcoliver It came pre loaded on the handset. I think it is the 'My groups' one from looking at it. Hope that helps

Just as a further update, the third Samsung Wave has been faultless ever since I received it. All I can suggest is, if you have the option, keep sending them back until you get a good one. I really think there was an initial dodgy batch or something. T-Mobile were refreshingly helpful and in both cases I had a new phone in my hand less than 24hrs after talking to them. However, I was still in my cooling off period so they were probably on best behaviour ;o). Don't put up with it, get a new one

i have a samsung wave s8500phone.touch dose responding anything, when i restart my phone a blue screen appeares,it says f/w updating do not turn off.afer few second phone will open but touch screen dostnot work.so plz any idea to solve this promlm.
