  • I tried out the beta platformer level, and one thing I have to say is that you need to have some kind of "crouch" movement now - unlike FPS mode, you cannot swim down with the current key binding. (I know you said crouch movement/hitbox can be implemented later, and that I agree)

    I suppose this can also be employed in a "top-down" 2D game, right? In any case, I think we can definitely make some kind of "genre-shift" for side missions (I think people know which game I am alluding to)

  • Of course you are. JS isn't neccesary for map-making, it just opens up the variety of games people can make maps for..

  • We aren't really in competition with them

    They have there way of doing things we have ours

    Besides they seem to target a specific age group that our JS scripting might prove to difficult
