Hello Medea,
The song is a classic Irish ballad: "When Irish Eyes are Smiling" - I don't know who the singer is, it was on a record called Irish Drinking Songs.

Thank you for posting this video Can anybody please tell me the full quote? that he mentions that we are in the gutter and some looking at the stars something like that??I just cannot find or remember thank you
