  • @Srinivassa Who told you it has the high gain of a Mesa? It's a Carvin. It's going to have the high gain channel of a Carvin amp. It has it's own unique sort of tone. But I wouldn't suggest going by this review. Or any other for that matter. Carvin says it best themselves, "Give it the test of real-world performance". Order it and see if you like it. Not satisfied? Send it back for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. Best way to do it IMO.

  • That amp doesn't sound anything like mine. I have one and mine sounds awesome. I think it's that guitar. It really is a great amp that can do almost anything...it really can. It might be the guitar. I don't know.

  • I like this amp, but it really doesn't have the high gain channel of a Mesa

  • Can anyone comment on what the clean headroom is like on these amps? I don't trust those EL84s to give me a whole lot of headroom.

  • You ripped off wicked sensation and made it sound like shit haha

  • If you buy one get the vintage 30 upgrade or you will regret it. Amp is awesome but, that GT12 carvin uses requires to much power to run it nicely. It just sounds muddy. Plug it into Vin 30 speakers and pow... there you go...very nice and very affordable. You don’t need more than 7 watts in the house, and 50 watts will run a full stack easily. Just sayin....I own one!

  • It seems like it sounds not very bright :( Hope it's just his guitar and settings he set.

  • FAGGOT!!!!!!!

  • @13RGaun Actually they run around $500-$600. The combo is closer to $700-$800. Not expensive at all.

  • i want this amp..but i bet it is damn expensive :(((
