Representing the Muslim perspective was Brother Shadid Lewis, Brother Shadid is a revert to Islam, He has his certification in Comparative Religion from the Islamic Research and Propagation Center.

He has studied the Sciences of the Qur'an at the American Open Islamic University in Fairfax , Virginia

He is a member of the Muslim Dawah Initiative its formed of members from the Muslim community with experience in public speaking, apologetics, polemics, research and community work.

He is currently serves as President of the Hampton Mosque and Islamic Center in Virginia, USA.

Representing the Christian side was Nabeel Qureshi: Nabeel is an ex Ahmadi (Qadyani) Christian Apologist who is currently pursuing an MD at Eastern Virginia Medical School.

He has just finished the coursework for his MA in Christian Apologetics at Biola University in CA.

@ajbarrera the thing is you need to know both sides of the story without prejudice to make judgement. The Standardized Nicean creed, Council of Nicea 325AD vs Uthman's caliphate when Qurannic variations began to occur.

Either way one book has to be correct and perfect. And it cant be the Bible.

Qadiyyani is not mainstream Islam. Equivalent to Jehovahs Witness or Mormonism to Christianity. "Alleged" Christians leaving Islam NEVER leave on a theological basis. But on historical, and because of mistreatment by "alleged" imam or family.

Islam is the only religion that presents a perfect image of GOD. A God that cannot be besieged or be under the command of his creation as we see in Christianity, Judaism or Hinduism.

Intresting. The Christian guy thinks only Quran says Jesus pbuh was saved by God. Yet Apocalypse of Peter says similar story. Jesus pbuh aparantly say's 2 Peter that it is a man who resembles him who is on da cross. (could be Jesus barrabus, meaning son of the father), whereas Christ was saved by God. Also say's only a people of different age and race will reveal this truth, were as others will be blinded. There r other historical sources which say similar thing. He's only researched one side.

Wow, this was not even a fair debate. Even if you still side with Islam at the end of this one due to your prior commitment of faith, it's clear that Shadid Lewis was way outmatched.
