  • You are a very good demonstrator and make things clear and enticing. I only would love it if you would put a clip in your hair so that the stringy bit would not keep falling in your eyes. It is quite distracting and does not go with your excellent instruction. Thanks a lot.

  • Loved the video, seems like a very easy soup to make. However, I couldn't take my eyes off of her wild, swinging hair. It's gorgeous, but not dangling over a pot of soup, m'dear! Had visions of your soup not with croutons or chives or shredded cheese on top, but with floating long, blond hairs.

  • Been making this recipe to freeze in daily batches, Its good to take to work on these cold winter months. Left out the cream but added some garlic and of course some crusty dunking bread.

    I made this soup so easily, thanks to the video clip, and my guests and I all loved it! I was thinking sometime I would like to drizzle some macerated basil-olive oil on top as garnish. Luci, you are a doll.
