Tyrian 2000: Episode 1 (PC)

If you ask me, Tyrian 2000 is one of the best shooters ever. This is a playthrough of the full game ("story mode"), on normal skill level, starting with episode 1.

@warrengonline Tyrian has a 2 player arcade mode! No full game mode, though.

One question: How did you get the sonic wave to fire in front?

@torm223300 The return key changes the fire configuration of some rear weapons.

Oh, and to access another secret level, you'll have to destroy the sickle turret to the left at the start of the platforms, then after destroying the mid-boss, destroy the tank in front of you quickly, then the secret orb appears.

@Esaron I'm a sucker for mega pulses and find the lightning cannon terribly energy ineffecient, but I do grab it for a level or two at the end of Ep 3!
