  • Holy crap. You have THREE bassoons?

  • We'll have five this coming year (which I think is too many)

  • Don't you have a secondary band to put a couple into?

  • Yeah, but the incoming members all scored higher than the last chair player who was already there, and unfortunately we can't demote people once they've made it in.

The same thing happened with the horns, though I think one of them quit band.

  • i'm a little jealous of you guys. My Wind Ensemble may finally be getting a 3rd bassoonist. Usually we are lucky to have just the 2 of us. 1 for the Lower Level band and the 1 in the upper level band. Although this year, there was no bassoonist in the Lower Level Band. Didn't work out very well.

  • wow i alway's break cut time into four, but that would be such a bitch at this tempo

  • i heard this ensemble play snow caps as well very well round sounded ensemble

however, the french horns sound very sharp and one of them cracked a note

  • Lol were playing that this year and your tubas arnt that loud lol

  • nice job.. i like hearing a band that can actually play some holst this well, the last video i saw was a disgrace to holst himself.. thank you!!

  • my brother dominates the b-tone solos in this song, like he doesnt girl out of them like this kid. hes got great sound.

  • ours too!

  • your euphonium is shy

  • Our middle school symphonic band is playing this. and it is awesome!

  • Not the best version I have heard. The tuning was off quite bit as well as some entrances. The Euphonium did not sound too bad, a little shy in some of their solo parts.
