Yes - I agree that public schools suck, so we need to defund them as well. Privatize public education and shut down the useless DOE that has never educated a single person. People that do not qualify for Medicaid should pay for their own medical care or abortion, which is not medical care. Federal funding most certainly does fund abortions - you're naive if you think otherwise.
