With the flooding of the Guaíra Falls between Brazil & Paraguay in 1982, the mighty Iguazu falls on the Argentina/Paraguay/Brazil border currently has the greatest average annual flow of any waterfall in the world. These falls are so massive that it really requires aerial photography to do it justice. The closeups mislead one to think it is really a small fall because they are not placed in context by zooming in.
