Borra Senior performing his pickpocketing act (Part 1)

Borra (Borra Senior) performing his world famous pickpocketing act. Borra Senior was and still is considered to be the world's best pickpocketing act ever. Born near Jagodina (Serbia), he started his career performing with his 2 cousins. Later he moved to Graz, Austria where he spent the rest of his life. Borra toured the world with famous circuses (Althof Jacobi, Knie, etc.) Besides performing, he was lecturing the techniques of pickpocketing at the police headquarters around Europe helping police officers fight pickpocketing as a form of crime. In our country he is still well known as "Borra - The Honest Thief". Unfortunately, very little is known about him and some of the unique techniques that he has developed. I had a rare chance of meeting a couple of his students, although none of them continued their careers as magicians. I was shown a couple of Borra's techniques and indeed, they are quite different from any techniques commercially available in various books or DVDs. The famous UK magician-pickpocket James Friedman teaches a couple of Borra's moves and techniques on his lecturing DVD. Borra Senior passed on his whole act to his son Charly Borra who used to perform it, also with a great success until his recent retirement.

All that he has said is not true cause picpokets works in group and they use something like a little fight to disctructe the person ore a scream or i dont know what.... thats he is making is more kind of sketch stage.....

What is amazing is that people go to his show expecting to be pickpocketed, most likely become VERY suspicious when he's nearby, and still manage to get duped. This man is smooth.
