  • Wrt gaining size while gaining strength, genetics will be the limiting factor in mho. I just recently completed the super squats routine (full body, squats + deads + dips + pullups 3 times a week!!) in an attempt to gain mass and I am still 173 lbs. On the last week I was up to 265 x 20 on squats, 365 x 15 on deads, bw + 135 on dips and bw + 90 on pullups, and all this 3 times a week! I got stronger, not bigger though... although I have already put on nearly 50 lbs since starting at 18.

  • 325 dead lift at 15yoa is excellent. You're going to be a monster at that rate.

    Also, to the guy who put on the 7lbs of muscle, your weight to strength ration is phenominal. Try to keep in mind that a gain is size does not guarentee a gain in strength. However, a gain in strength always equals a gain in size. Lean mass is the hardest to gain and you are doing quite well also.

  • I second that.. some of you guys are putting some crazy numbers up and so young too! You are definitely on a prosperous path...

  • If you are deadlifting period, that is good!! I didn't start till I was 20. You're already over double bodyweight... big numbers to come for sure! Keep it up!
