When you kill the rat after she hides in the grass it sounds like 'keep going' I mean a sound that indicates that you are doing fine in the easter egg but just until the rat is hiding. Hope this helps

When you look at the map, it gives clues on how to do this. Find a laundry cart and moving it over a drain seems to be a part to this Easter egg, try to read the map and see what it says, some of it is difficult to read. Hope this helps.
