I hate my life and the person I am supposed to be everyday. But everytime I listen to Scott, all the filth in my life could not be any more beautiful.

Scott Walker 3 is still my favourite of the first four solo albums he put out. And songs like this and "It's Raining Today" are why. Astounding.

Thank you so much for posting this. I just had a chat with my 80 year old dad thousands of miles away, and he mentioned how he loved Scott Walker's voice. He gave me some lyrics, but didn't know the song they came from. I was able to find this posting and direct him to it on Youtube.
