Scientology or not, that's not a way to talk to someone. They treated Billy with such disrespect as a human being, especially that pathetic low-life piece of trash with the mask.

Well, people are angry. The guy with the mask nearly blew it, which would have been too bad. This interview rocks. It shows a different kind of Scientologist: Caring, gentle, respectful. He never used any of this "religious freedom" argument, he stayed constructive: He clearly is one of the good guys.

I would have loved to see more talk between the parties involving him, but I'm sure he went to ethics for this.

Why do people waste so much time on stuff like this anyway? I mean why would you bother to study up on something that you don't believe in and make the efforts to protest it. Find something that you do believe in and put your heart into something constructive.

@gordonS2 I play bass, and Billy is one of my bass heroes! I disagree with scientology but I respect Billy's way of handling himself here. You said 'THEY' treated him w/ disrespect. I'd say the cameraman and the guy with the red sign were respectful, while the guy in the mask WAS not. He wouldn't let Billy speak. Now, it sounds to me like Billy admitted that they were changed AFTER he said they weren't. Either way, the masked dude was being a douchebag, indeed. Shame on him.

Mark was very nice, Billy was very nice, Tommy too. Tory...... I love you but being upset like that doesn't really help when the other side is willing to have a nice conversation. As for the guy with the mask.... WHAT AN ASSHOLE!!! We're trying to help people, not attack them. How often does a celebrity comes out to talk to us? Christianity is responsible for MILLIONS of murders, rapes and for people being tortured. I see no difference between scientology or suicide islamists or violent hindus or catholics raping boys. There all pathetic lias with no connection to the real world. The real world is what two or more people agree upon sharing the same facts and not opinions. I can't respect MrB Sheehan's talk about "I respect you so you should respect me" drivel. @gordonS2 ur right man... i sent a long email to the mr big fansite when i recently found out billy was a scientologist and alot of it was me sounding off. but i do wander what makes nice people (including mr cruise whos got alot of bad rap since being so active in the so called 'church' of scientology) and in billys case (so far exclusively among the high profile members) seemingly intelligent people buy into Mr Hubbard's "writings"?! and why do they use the crucifix if it means nothing 2 them?
