You don't show how you removed the screen. How did you remove it?

so some days later i get a call from 02 saying they found the problem they siad it a pin in the phone they said it bent i was oh my god then she said i have to pay 100 pound i said i and paying at so 02 said they'll send it bck to me so today i put an new softwear on it and its working why did they want 100 pound thta crazy lol

@LeonAtTPCS I just changed my lcd screen, got the exact same screen as before, code 002/111. But the resolution of the new screen is a low quality compared to my original blackberry 9700 lcd. I dont know why the resolution is different because they are the same screens. Can you explain what the issue is if you know? Much appreciated.

@LeonAtTPCS nice video. ive got some dust under the top left side of the screen of my bold 9780. is it possible to clear the dust out or remove the outer screen without dismatling the phone? if yes can you tell/show me how? this is quite a popular problem.

you mite find this funny i had a blackberry curve 8520 i was playing a song then it just turned off i was like what the hell this phone not evan a year old so it turned back on and it had an a white screen with app error 523 so i went to 02 they said they would have a look at it.
