No one interrupts Mayor Basil at First Cup. No one. I should point out that this guy seems like a bit of a knuckle head. If I didn't know any better I'd figure this was his first attempt at a comedy vid. He had some good lead-up jokes and some believable half-news going but quoting actual sources with false information removes one from the pacing and just seems wrong. This seems more like a high-school project than an adult one. Okay editing though.

Ya... we are the only city in pei that doesnt consider rubber boots a part of life... and people are able to go to the rink and not fall through the floor.
