  • i like the Stihl and Husqvarna chain saws best

  • I hope this post by mecanicman66 is a joke. The bar is called a bar because it was first called a guidebar, and that got shortened to bar eventually. If someone refers to the bar as a blade that indicates they are clueless.

  • lubricating the bar is ok,just remember to keep doing it,as the grease wont allow the oil to get to the bearing.i never lube the nosewheel bearing, the chain oil is introduced through the guidebar channel, thereby lubing the bearing.

  • Only lubricate the bar for long term storage. The chain oil will do the job for daily usage.

  • @mecanicman66 LMFAO you deff no nothing about chainsaws you may have posted this a year ago but i commenting on your stupidity any way its not a blade you dont see sharp edges like a knife do you NO

  • These guys from expert village are real idiots.

You only need to use the tip greaser if you don't use the saw everyday or two.

If your oiler is set right the bar oil will keep it oiled well enough.Only time I use a greaser is when I use a brand new bar or I change bars and know I wont be using that one again for a good while to keep the tips bearings from rusting.

Keep your tip out of water when cutting it's very hard on the tips bearings.

  • @mecanicman66 your an idiot...please know what you are talking about before calling someone out and saying they are wrong when really your wrong
