Rich is a product of the Texas High School and Collegiate Music Programs and he has the... heart of a teacher. He is a BIG believer in music education and he believes that EVERYONE has a purpose. It's just a matter of if you have the courage to pursue it!
The CRASH concept led Rich to be a professional drummer for over 25 years with 14 solid years as a session and live drummer in Nashville. He's since had a ton of success with Jason Aldean for the past 6 years and the list of artists with whom he has performed reads like a who's who of the music industry.
The CRASH Course for Success is a high energy, motivational, entertaining and extremely educational event.

@Southerntreatment you and me both buddy ! i play country EXCLUSIVELY as a hobby and ppl tell me " no you need to play metal ., ect " i tell them DO NOT TELL ME what to play and what not to play .. cuz I KNOW where i want my drums and beats to be at in the music genere !
