This is the story of the first Space Shuttle Flight. Two men board a virtually untested spacecraft and blaze a path for future generations of astronauts to follow.
Part two begins with the Shuttle flying over several countries and landmarks across the globe and finishes at Edwards Air Force Base in California.

great video, only difference between this and the real flight they landed on Edwards dry lake bed at the time, not the runway.

@ProtheanFilms Auto FCS performs the landing if you want to, but the realistic thing is to disconnect it a little before the HAC turn and do the rest manually.

@Silverwhitenick I absolutely use AutoFCS. For those of you who don't know what it is, it is a re-entry autopilot. It performs the OMS burn, all the braking manuvers and the landing.
