Showing How to Solve Any (Runescape) Optimization Problem

As far as I'm aware of, if you use these techniques with the general method that I showed in my previous video, you should be able to find the optimal solution to any "methods and goals" problem.

Also, the function for total xp as a function of level is given at:

under "Relationship with Level", and I believe the speed of most skills increase at a constant rate with respect to level (although I might be completely wrong).
