@38capoeira he isn't teaching capoeira, capoeira is a fighting style as well as art, this guy couldn't hurt anyone with that kick, much less aim or see what he is kicking...

85-90% is nutrition 15 raw eggs, 500gm raw liver, raw beef and chicken + 2ltrs for raw milk all from a good source on top of what i am eating plus my body as been 97kg 7yrs ago so makes it a bit easier. Still i feel like i am eating all day at moment. Sessions need to be short and intense max 50 mins 8-9hrs sleep really helps. Weekly massage, sauna & epson salt bath. lots of loving
