A gorgeous day in the mountains starting in historic Old Shasta and driving out 299 over Buckhorn Summit to Lewiston, then up to the Trinity Lake Lookout and Alpen Cellars Winery for lunch, then up to the summit of Scott Mountain and a Stop at the Carrville Inn B&B before stopping for an early dinner at the Mountain Valeey Cafe in Lewiston.
