I dont think that this is the voice Of Nicholas II of Russia.This is really strange because if this is really was Nicholai Aleksandrovich he couldn't say about himself in the third face and the word "Vozhd"-really strange word for the Emperor

I think he is also talking from the beginning to :17 and from 1:03 to 1:12. I heard a church service that was set up exactly like this and this is the same structure of talking between the pastor and the music.

The Soviets 'erased' as much previous history as possible. They did not want To see anything that could suggest to people that life had been better, in any way, before they had taken over. It would not be strange at all if they had intentionally destroyed every recording they could find.

@RomanovMartyrs I did read it. But it's the same voice. That's my point. The voice that is supposed to be the Tsar's is the same one saying the other stuff and shouting during the anthem. I don't think it's Nicholas.

@SugarInHisBlood If you read the description on the video, I say that he is ONLY speaking at 1:50 and 2:09 so of course at 0:14 it is someone else announcing him. ;)

@emanres100 I don't think this is Nicholas speaking. At 0:14 you hear whoever is speaking announce "Nicholi Alexandrovitch." Nicholas wouldn't announce his own name.

I'm wondering if it's not GR. D. Nicholas Nicholaevitch.. or just some army commander's voice instead.

@SugarInHisBlood Evidently, from the two recordings that exist of his voice, we can conclude that the voice in each recording that sounds the same in each recording is Nicholas. He sounded like an ordinary Russian guy. However, the extraordinarily well pronounced, crisp, overenunciated speech with all the rolled Rs and so forth is not Nicholas, but a professional speaker repeating his speech in a professional sounding voice so everyone could understand what Nicholas had just said.

But real things like skinny dipping in the various swimming ponds of the palaces; anastasia's frequenting of her father's paddling tub; Rasputin's parenting instincts (he'd had kids himself) manifesting as his being around the Romanov kids while they dressed for bed---which a maid distorted, causing scandal and the belated termination of her employment and his being banned from the palace except to visit Alexandra for religion.
