Lining my upper lash line is still my nemesis! I don't know if it's my eye shape or what, but my line always looks too thick. And liquid liner...well, we won't go there. Any suggestions?

@tuffett09 try just tightlining and waterlining with a soft creamy pencil. If you want more try a gel liner and a small angle brush. Then set it with black eyeshadow, it will straighten the harsh edges if any.

@cosmeticcouturier You are really talented with makeup and I love all of your looks. It's just really hard to actually see your eyes close enough to really see what the makeup looks like. I'm sure you are familiar with Marlena from makeupgeektv on youtube. She usually does some photos and zooms in on her eye as she applies the makeup. I went to your blog looking for pics of the look but didn't see any.
