Real Life Landlord/Tenant Drama

This is my first video everyone. I hope to give you updates about the situation as my real-life chess game match unfolds. People, please don't get me wrong; I am all for people going on welfare for a time; however, I draw the line when it becomes a full-time occupation!

I needed to just cut my rant at the end so that the video would fit--sorry, about that.

Update: My tenant is out of my life; she and her 2 grown kids moved!!!

I am a little confused about what you're trying to communicate here, even after listening to the whole thing twice. I am definitely not trying to insult you, but it sounds like you feel that this whole legal system is a meatgrinding mess... this is how civil law works. It's an entire year of back-n-forth in superior court, in the sheriff's office, and with the local police department. But I'm sure you knew this before you chose to become a landlord. Umm, right??

Not all section 8 are trash, please look @ the whole picture like how they were taught as kids [or not taught], There are hard working section 8 people who trash their apartment. Some people were not traubed how to respect things.
