By "absolutist" you are being quite philosophical, but this means "autocracy" if we are political and "a dictatorship" by one man, if we are being honest. The U.S Constitution for me appears to be the best model and worked well until 1913 when the Fed Reserve came into place. Only problem is that the bankers and super rich started to control the govt within and dictate policies.
