HA. I wish. The most exotic place I have been is Canada. And if I remember correctly, we didn't have to switch sides. Although I think we flew there each time, and didn't have to drive that I recall. Although on long car trips I tend to sleep, a lot :)
But the British style of driving is just a mirror of American. Theoretically it holds the exact same problems.

I agree, I drive on the right side of the road everyday :) It's much easier.
I don't see how left lane, right side is any different. Arguably, you still have to cross traffic to make a right turn. Which is no different than crossing traffic for us to make a left turn.
