Crazy regulations? Look I bought my house under the "crazy " regulations. There are damn good reasons why everyone is not cut out to be a home owner. The fact is all that debt that Obama has incurred was largely bailout money going to banks because in effect Dodd Frank allowed anyone and everyone to have a house. I as a taxpayer call bullshit

Let me repeat: we were the only ones with these crazy Glass-Steagall regulations. Canada and Europe should have had economic collapses decades ago on account of never having had them.

(...) Free markets are not tyranny as the system is based on as I said before, VOLUNTARY arrangements. This is why your death squad argument doesn't hold up, as that is coercion. A job is a contract that you enter into at your own will. And if you choose to unionize in the private sector, that's your right. The only unions conservatives have a problem with are PUBLIC sector unions. And I'm still waiting for that one example of an abusive monopoly that came about naturally in the free market.

You can't have a 100% free market. Nobody wants lead back in the paint. When we conservatives say we want free markets, what we mean is freer markets. Let's look at the EPA for example. These coal regulations the EPA wants to put in before Romney gets in office will cost the US economy $700 billion. Why are we sabotaging our whole economy just to prevent global temperatures from going up a degree or two over the next century? (...)

Ya, let me save you the thinking: they're all the fucking same. Look at history. Corporations in other countries just hire death squads. Is your solution to get rid of all death squads instead of the hierarchical, tyrannical corporate structure? What's really funny is that when I ask you guys how to prevent corporate death squads then you always come back with the same answer: GOV! Well, no shit, Sherlock. Gov is not tyranny when it serves us, huh. That's my point.

Look at what happened to the media when the monopoly regs went away: MORE FUCKING MONOPOLIES. lol. Who would have guessed. You seriously should take a psych 101 class or retake it because you seem to not understand a thing about how the human mind or power works. Hierarchy is the problem and gov (the non-democratic portions) are just one example. What about church, that's a top-down tyranny. What about corporations, like the ones Jefferson hated (banks cough cough)? What about gov?

Even if that weren't true, your "free" market argument would be total horseshit, no offense. 1) "free" markets have never, ever, ever, EVER existed. Not one time. 2) They are just another form of tyranny, a top down hierarchy where those at the bottom (those with no money) have no voice. 3) Competition? Hardly. Mergers take place every day and the tyrannies grow, and grow, and grow and crush small, honest start-ups that would actually compete with them. That would be even worse with no regs.

Government is not one tool...it's a toolbox full of THOUSANDS of seperate tools. You think the EPA is the same as the military? Of course fucking not. You talk about it like it's some giant blob that can only serve one master. I mean, are you in the real world or are you just thinking in terms of some tiny alternate universe that you made up in your head? IN REALITY, gov is a collection of institutions, some can only serve the people, some only the elite, but most can serve both.
