@CUBETechie well i dont know what you should be consitering there is no 100 hz tv. there is 120 hz and there is no 50 hz either nor is there a 24 hz for that matter. the slowest... (average tv's) only go down to 60 hz (it refreshes the picture once every second) if your tv was at 24hz if would refresh the picture less then once every 2 seconds

i have a samsung ful HD with 100 Hz MOtion plus when i play on my PS3 the comes 50-60 Hz but when i will watch a blu ray they comes only 24 Hz what i must do to had 50 HZ by blu rays?
