Steve, Just discovered your videos recently. To my mind they constitute an object lesson in how to make an outstanding food prep/cooking video. Terrific clarity and nothing left to chance. @leetaiming64 It was just a basic tomato sauce...with olive oil, chopped tomatoes, garlic, onion, basil, sugar, oregano and parmigiano reggiano cheese then blitz.
