Im gettin a short bed its not a four door but i think its called "extended cab" so correct me if im wrong but i love chevys so much

dont care, awesome, i have the same truck but charcoal grey and i just got a 12" lift and 15/39.5-15 Super Swamper TSL Bias tires, but mine is also supercharged and turbo charged. if you do that, the 6.0 is worth it

I hate to hate, but this truck is not that great.. Ugly wheels, its got a long bed like a damn spaceship and its a crew cab and on top of that.. a gas burner..

@smmoffat I'll give to you on the gas mileage, 11 miles to the gallon on the 8.1? lol.. but it's a good engine anyways. Now the 7.4 454 V-TEK on the 98 Chevy, now that engine is awesome!!!!

@smmoffat Are you serious! that's odd? I have an 06 Suburban 3/4 ton with the 8.1 My buddy has an 05 2500 3/4 ton silverado 6.6 diesel. We just mach them on a 1/4 run, both trucks all stock? My wagon took his truck? I keep hearing this from various people as well. The duramax is a nice engine, but like i said how much money do you have to invest to make it perform like a real diesel? well i could invest money as well on my 8.1 and defeat a z06 corvette also? That goes for GM, FORD, DODGE.
