Hi, I just purchased your flare actions. I'm sorry I have to comment here, I cannot contact you via e-mail nor website.
So the problem is, it won't finish downloading. I only got to download 2MB of the file. I tried several times but to no avail.

You do not add the flare files to the Action folder. These should be placed in your pictures folder.

You install the action from my website as directed by the supporting help file and the action then invites you to browse to the flare files (also downloaded with the action).
