Severe Trauma (part 3)

please read this to know more about the story. Just in case you didn't quite follow it the story is written here.
At the start the young man that bursts through the glass is attacked by another young man with a knife. The guy with the knife is sadistic and worships a evil,strange cult religion. As part of his religion he wishes to preform a ritual to make him and one other man more powerful beings. First he must kill the other person and melt a metal ritual mask to his face then he must do the same to himself. The resurrects both of them into unstoppable killing machines.They now go by the names of Chip and Pip. So the two gather civilians from around the neighborhood to begin their massacre. The start with a young harmless man but they don't just kill him they make him want to die first.
Then they find a gang of young hoodlums in which they lock up into a small, dirty, dark chamber for days and one by one take each of them out and torture them in the most grotesque way possible.
The children didn't even think of escaping after having one of the child's finger chopped off for giving a rude signal.
Meanwhile they are being tracked by a local cop who has become obsessed with catching them little did he know what he was in for. The young cop is under stress since he can't understand how over the top the situation is causing him frustration and almost to give up.
One more child remained in the chamber and out of roar fear he kicks down the gate and sprints for his life. But Chip shoots him down like a down and stabs him with a rusty pitchfork. Now there is no hope.
Time passes and many many more people around the neighborhood are brutally killed.But the young cop finally manages to figure the whole case out, when all of a sudden Pip jabs a tranquilizer syringe into his neck causing him to pass out.
And they go to torture the cop in their most violent show ever.
After the blood is spilled they leave the cop with only and ounce of life left in him so he can lye there in pain and rot away. but with his last breath he prays that someone manages to stop those things thats the plot hope you enjoyed the movie!
