When I saw the pvc pipe at first I laughed but after seeing the rest of the video it made much more sense and actually sounds like a great idea...just sounds pricey. Maybe sell a pvc pipe kit for the do-it-yourselfer's in mind?

Fucking awesome. Perfect for turbo manifolds.

website?

the only problem with with building the header around the engine compartment is you might not be able to build optimal headers, meaning all the header pipes are the same length, this gives your engine maximum and even power, although these are awesome regardless because this system is so simple, definitely keeping these guys in mind

pretty bad ass I love it

It's a test..if your not smart enough to adjust the volume...your to stupid to mock up a set of headers

Great idea, using PVC tubing for mock-up. Wouldn't mind the expense if I could get something like that!

Stainless Headers built the headers for my Competition Eliminator 2004 Z06 but I didn't need the fabrication kit. They do some beautiful work!

I'll need sdome mock-up's for some diesel engines I want to do turbo set-up's on...

Daniel,
Thank you for your interest. Sorry for the late reply, just got back from SEMA. Since we only build custom one off headers, we would need a sample or you could use our mockup process. The mockup process works great, but quite honestly, there are most likely off the shelf headers available for that application that will cost less. A set set of custom stainless headers comes in at about $1300 for a V6. Let me know if we can answer any other questions

cool,
but not tuned headers.
Just headers that will fit where you need them.

Actually, we build quite a few tuned headers. If the customer supplies us with a mockup that is fairly close, we can dial it in the rest of the way. Thanks for your input, our video should have address that question.
