Ok this is what I did. When her album I Care 4 U came out there were 2 versions--one with a dvd one without. I have the one with the dvd and what I did was played the video on Windows Media Player and I paused it at the parts where it showed her in the tv, then I copied it/captured it and saved it as a picture. I used Windows movie maker and put the pictures together and I faded them together to look as if she really is moving.
