The PMs email arrive the SAME day as I finally recvd acknowledgement for my "victims" individual application. The acknowledgement claimed the ICC was sorry for the delays. Not delay but delays. There was no further hope of reprieve via protection - no further dialogue, even though I have been emailing the ICC giving every update they could possible need.

and...The Australian Commonwealth Ombudsman continually hounding me. Demanding that I have to take my concerns up with the Sate Ombudsmans office. As if thats not enough, the Prime Minister of Australia just happens to send me a personal email trying to minimise myself and my application. This is absolutely gutwrenching.
