This guy has proven he is incompetent.This speech says residents cannot afford healthcare,food,tuition and heat costs.His budget taxes soda,gas,increases suny tuition,pushes mandates to lower local goverments. Oh,he cut state employment by 1/4 of 1 %.Local schools that are and prudent in spending and are sucessful= lose of state aid,those that are wasteful and unsucessful= increase. Lower the welfare benefits so we aren't a welfare magnet. I'm sure his budget will attract business and idustry.

@murbro86 think about it they raised all taxes on the poor while giving the rich breaks " again " albany created the problem but when it coms to taking blame they never do however gave them self's pay raise while making us pay beleive it or not since he took office we pay $428 more in income tax each. lets face it new yorkers are and have been screwed over and over while we are forced to eat carp they still have state dinners and new cars.
