Cool song from a cool album, but his best stuffs are behind him. "Carencro" is his best album ever and "S.O.S." was pretty good cover's album. Now, Bayou music, conventional pop-rock 3:2! Hope next album will return to roots.
Until you start buying tix to his shows and CD's for a dozen of your friends, you, alone, aren't DIRECTLY paying his bills. Having seen him in the middle of the prairie, in a podunk town, and on The Rock Boat playing to a packed house, I can feel Marc's soul in this song and I like it.
The video is fun, and funky. Not unlike MB himself. Does it have the deep soulful style he has recorded in the past? Maybe not, but it DOES have the MB PASSION. Marc sings from his heart and this song is little different. I doubt that "corporate greed" forced this tune down his throat, I think he is too genuine for that. It felt right to him and he recorded it and made it a single and made a video. The man's an artist and has bills to pay. - Cont. -
I'm just not feeling this. Go listen to "Home" in the related videos. That was the first song I heard by Marc, and that's the Marc I like. This isn't bad, but I'm just not into it at all.
well, I have to say. I am a bit confused. Is this a hot and steamy party video or is it a fun, Abercrombie and Fitch style love story? It seems they couldn't decide. So they threw both in. To me, the two don't mix and they really should have just gone with one or the other ... preferably Abercrombie. Loving this song, though.
I always thought of this song as being more about passion than partying, even though it has a party rhythm to it. And well the video was a little too over-the-top, I really liked the contrast between "love in the country" and "love in the city".
Love this guy so much!
He is a true inspiration

Someone with such a powerful voice shouldn't be singing songs like this
