I have a snes cartridge of the game and I have a ds.. I would really like to play it on ds ^_^

if you owned a copy of the original game, say snes catridge and made yourself a copy to play on ds then I dont think that would be piracy, maybe void warrenty of ds but i dont think that would be illegal would it?
