Can you use thinned acrylics? I got at least twelve of these things I half to weather and I do not have time to brush weather each car. I want to airbrush weather them...

Thanks, simple and effective, just what a beginner needs

@prorobo prototype Bath gon's that are new from the factory are shinny and Athearn made them the same. It would kill the look of this type of car using dullcoat plus there is no need sense it is paint being airbrushed on. Using power/chalks would be a different story and would have to use a dullcoat but with flashy aluminum side's I wouldn't dare use dullcoat.

The music sucks really bad and loud...

How much PSI do you use with your airbrush? My dads air compresser goes up to i think like 200 PSI
-
I would just roll my trains in the yard and call it good :P
-
That was pretty good! Why didn't you dullcote the entire car though?

I use a Crescendo-175 double action airbrush, & a Badger air compressor.
I mostly use mine for weathering, but I'm sure most any high quality double action airbrushes would work.
Don't you need a spray booth or some type of ventilation??

I have a spraybooth, but it's not good for filming, so normaly i use the booth.

The one I use is a Hansa double action(Means you control both airflow and paintflow with the same trigger), whith 0,2mm tip, and cup on top. this is my first airbrush, and I would by the same next time.
I don't know if you can get the same brand, but look for something that easy to clean.
