Jimmy realizes the movie memorabilia he bought is fake, so he enlists Joe as his lawyer to help him sue the guy who sold it to him. Meanwhile, Dave uses Lisa's idea to have members of the staff conduct each others performance review, but the idea quickly backfires as the reviews begin.

Instead of the usual black background and theme played under the closing credits, we have a scene with Jimmy James selling his fraudulent movie memorabilia to George 'Goober' Lindsay.

The tight close-up of Jimmy saying the words "Rose Bowl" is a recreation of the shot in Citizen Kane where Kane says the word "Rosebud" on his deathbed. However, unlike Jimmy, Kane does not end the scene with a goofy smile.

The beaver represents and can be a slang word for a woman's vagina. In the movie 'Basic Instinct' Sharon Stone's character is interviewed by police about a string of murders they think she committed, and during the interview she flashes the police while sitting in a chair.
