Testing out the new Airy Hardened blades.
The CH46 still has stability issues, the nose is often up resulting in backwards flight, despite the controls now being better this basic balance issue needs to be resolved.
The new blades seem very good, had one blade strike and trimmed the apple tree a little but this caused no damage at all!

Later in the video the Co-Comanche gets a try out after over 8 months lay up.
Out takes at the end also all presented in HD quality

  • Wow!! The is impressive!!

    Same camera crew?? LOL

  • LOL yes best camera lady ever :-)

  • 4:07 wow how disappointing! while the blades looked ok on closer inspection I found one of the top front blades had split 3/4 of its length from the tip! considering the extra cost and hype I can't now recommend these blades! my Comanche with Xtreme blades has had far worse and they are fine
