This is a bolting together of two songs. One that my mother remembers (and used to sing to me) from when she was a young girl in Bradford in the 1930s and another known as The Barnsley Anthem in and around South and West Yorkshire, not because the content is peculiar to that town, more that the dialect is closest to that area.
Below I have printed the lyrics and a few translations to help you along.
Chords C and G7
CHORUS
Dun't put thee muck in aah dustbin, aah dustbin, aah dustbin
Dun't put thee muck in aah dustbin, aah dustbin's full
We're all dahn in t' coil-'oil wheer t' muck slarts on t' winders,
We've used all us coil up and we're reight dahn to t' cinders;
If bum-bailiff comes the bugger 'e wain't finnd us,
Cos' we're all dahn in t' coil-'oil when Monday comes 'round
CHORUS
Dun't put thee muck in aah dustbin, aah dustbin, aah dustbin
Dun't put thee muck in aah dustbin, aah dustbin's full
We're all dahn in t' coil-'oil wheer t' muck slarts on t' winders,
T' dooer-'oil's wide oppen as it's oft bin afooer;
T' fire-'oil it's nearly reight chock full o' cinders,
An t' wife she's aht callin' wi' t'owd lass next dooer,
An' we're all dahn in t' coil-'oil when Monday comes 'round
CHORUS
Dun't put thee muck in aah dustbin, aah dustbin, aah dustbin
Dun't put thee muck in aah dustbin, aah dustbin's full
We're all dahn in t' coil-'oil wheer t' muck slarts on t' winders,
T' dooer-'oil's been blocked up wi' ashes an' cinders;
When t' chap comes for t' rent, the bugger 'e wain't finnd us?
Ma comes wi' t' rollin' pin, Dad wi' t' berlinders,
Cos' we're all dahn in t' coil-'oil when Monday comes 'round
CHORUS
Dun't put thee muck in aah dustbin, aah dustbin, aah dustbin
Dun't put thee muck in aah dustbin, aah dustbin's full
We're all dahn in t' coil-'oil wheer t' muck slarts on t' winders,
Wi' t' banickers on t' weshin'line an' grandad in t' bath
We've got nowt to pay 'em an' there's none for to lend us
an' doctor's man mekkin' 'is way dahn t' front path
An' we're all dahn in t' coil-'oil when Monday comes 'round
CHORUS

@freackykit ~ I have to say that I only know berlinders from this song, Chris. I'm impressed you knew banickers, though.
